1. Refunds
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products such as e-books and digital art downloads, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once the purchase is completed and the product is downloaded or accessed.
Physical Products: If you receive a physical product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a refund or replacement. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing your refund or replacement.
2. Returns
Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product for any reason other than damage or defect, you may return the product within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, with any accompanying materials included.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@asces.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, or the product is defective or damaged.
3. Cancellations
Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a physical product within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us info@asces.co with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our refund and return policies will apply.
4. Refund Processing
Timing: Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product or confirming the cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
